Valet trash is a multi-billion-dollar industry serving millions of apartment residents every night. It's the #1 ranked luxury apartment amenity and a significant revenue driver for property managers.
But the industry runs on duct tape. Most operators manage routes with spreadsheets, communicate with porters through WhatsApp, and generate reports by hand — if they generate them at all. Property managers have no visibility into whether service actually happened. And porters, the people doing the hardest work, get the worst tools.
We built Doorstep One to change that. A single platform that replaces fragmented tools with GPS-verified service, automated reporting, workforce management, and a purpose-built porter app that actually works in the field.
