You can reset your password from the login screen by clicking "Forgot Password" and entering your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Contact us to schedule a demo and we'll walk you through the platform. Once you sign up, our onboarding team will help you set up your organization, import your properties, configure routes, and invite your team members.

The Porter App is available for both iOS (iPhone) devices running iOS 16 or later and Android devices running Android 10 or later. The web dashboard works in all modern browsers on desktop and tablet devices.

Organization administrators can add new properties from the Properties section of the dashboard. You'll need the property name, address, and unit count. Our team can also assist with bulk property imports during onboarding.

Yes. The Porter App continues to work when cell signal drops. Porters can complete routes, take photos, and log violations without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when signal returns.
